Meet William

William is a natural connector and strives to unlock each organization’s or individual’s potential. Drawing on over 15 years of ministry experience as a senior pastor, he seamlessly blends this with executive search expertise to help mission-driven organizations thrive. 

William holds degrees from Wake Forest University and Princeton Theological Seminary. He has revitalized churches across North Carolina, Alabama, and Texas, notably serving as senior pastor of First Presbyterian Church of Houston at just 31 years old. He also gained valuable experience in human resources at a Fortune 200 company, focusing on corporate culture and succession planning. These diverse experiences form a unique gift for helping organizations connect with the right key people and future-proof their missions.
