Tim brings almost 30 years’ experience as a lead pastor and has a passion for the local church. Through his years of ministry, Tim has held several leadership positions in his denominational setting and was deeply involved in local and global partnerships and initiatives. He is skilled at effectively collaborating with, influencing, and empowering others.

Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in religion and  biblical Studies, and a Master’s of Church Management degree from Olivet Nazarene University; he is also a graduate of the Beeson Institute for Advanced Church Leadership, a field-based approach to excellence in leadership and organizational development through Asbury Seminary. 

In his role as senior consultant at Vanderbloemen, Tim works with clients, guiding them through Vanderbloemen’s extensive search process to find the right staff for their organization. He also works with senior leadership in the areas of staff and succession consulting and organizational management. 

He and his wife, Debby, live in the greater Houston area and love to spend time with their family; vacation in warm, sunny destinations; and enjoy other adventures like zip-lining through the mountains of El Salvador, swimming with stingrays off Grand Cayman, and hang gliding in Rio Janeiro. On any given Friday evening, you may find Tim and Debby eating at their favorite restaurant or enjoying a great cup of coffee.
