About the VP of Enrollment and Student Success:
The Vice President of Enrollment and Student Success plays a critical role in the success of the seminary by overseeing all aspects of student recruitment, enrollment, and support. This position requires a dynamic and results-oriented leader with a passion for theological education and a commitment to student success. The VP of Enrollment and Student Success will work closely with the President, Dean of the Seminary and VP for Academics, and other cabinet members to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance student recruitment, enrollment, and retention.

The VP of Enrollment and Student Success’ Responsibilities Include:
Enrollment Management
- Develop and implement a comprehensive enrollment management strategy, including recruitment, admissions, and retention initiatives.
- Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, including marketing, outreach, and admissions counseling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, alumni, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze enrollment data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and manage the annual enrollment budget.
Student Success
- Coordinate comprehensive support to students throughout their academic journey, including academic advising, career counseling, and personal support.
- Develop and implement programs and initiatives to enhance student engagement and success.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress, identify potential challenges, and implement interventions as needed.
- Oversee student housing, and food services, ensuring a high-quality and welcoming experience for all students.
Leadership and Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Dean of the Seminary, faculty, and staff to ensure alignment between academic programs and student needs.
- Serve as a key member of the seminary leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including alumni, and community partners.
- Represent the seminary at professional conferences and other external events.
Financial Management
- Develop and manage a multi-year budget for enrollment and student success, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Explore and implement innovative funding models to support student financial aid and scholarships.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
- Continuously evaluate and improve enrollment and student success strategies based on data and feedback.
- Explore and implement innovative technologies and approaches to enhance student engagement and learning.
- Proactively identify and address emerging challenges and opportunities in the field of theological education.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Master’s Degree Preferred
- 5+ years of experience in higher education admissions, with a strong emphasis on enrollment management, student success, or related fields.
- Demonstrated Christian Congregational Involvement
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficient in the use of technology and software applications relevant to higher education administration.
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
- Proficient with CRM software and other student information systems.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and achieving goals.
