Meet Revere Church

Revere, a global community with a vision to be the church—locally, globally, and digitally—is passionate about using its talents for God’s purposes. We’re a team dedicated to ministry, not just job titles, and privileged to lead people into the freedom and life Jesus offers.

Launching on January 12, 2025, as a relaunch of The Father’s House Orange County, Revere is entering an exciting new chapter. With new senior leadership, a restructured staff, and a new church location planned for August 2025, we believe God is doing something significant.

We’re seeking an experienced Executive Director to partner with Senior Pastor Bianca Juarez Olthoff and shape Revere’s future. This key role will be instrumental in building a dynamic, forward-thinking church that connects with people where they are and guides them toward transformational growth.

About the Executive Director

The Executive Director will be a key strategic and operational leader, partnering with the Senior Pastor to bring her vision to life. We’re looking for an adaptable and visionary leader who thrives in building environments, especially within a dynamic and evolving church context, while also demonstrating a spirit of collaboration and submission to senior leadership. This individual will direct our operations, cultivate a strong and innovative staff culture, and ensure that our ministry is always people-focused. If you’re a seasoned leader with a passion for ministry, a talent for uniting teams around a shared mission, and a drive for strategic excellence, we encourage you to apply.

The Executive Director’s responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Partner with the Senior Pastor and other senior leaders to define and execute the church’s strategic vision. Provide clear direction, ensuring operational goals align with the church’s mission while maintaining a future-focused perspective.
  • Culture & Innovation: Champion the church’s culture, fostering an environment of hospitality, creativity, growth, and relevance. Collaborate with the Senior Pastor to develop an operational and leadership model that prioritizes organization, strategic collaboration, and a welcoming and healthy experience for staff, volunteers, and attendees.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee and streamline church operations, including staffing, budgeting, and administration, ensuring efficient and effective execution. Implement scalable systems that enhance operational efficiency while promoting a healthy and empowering staff culture.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of staff and volunteers. Create leadership development pathways within the church and invest in the personal and professional growth of team members to cultivate a thriving and motivated culture.
  • Congregational Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage the current congregation and attract new members. Ensure that every experience—from services and events to digital interactions—is intentional, meaningful, and impactful.
  • Community & Outreach: Establish the church as a vital part of the local community by building strategic partnerships and leading community engagement efforts that reflect the church’s mission and values. Create and promote outreach initiatives that resonate with the target audience.
  • Vision Implementation & Change Management: Play a key role in guiding the congregation and staff through change, providing clear communication, actionable steps, and fostering a spirit of unity.

What you bring

  • Extensive Leadership Experience: 10+ years of leadership experience in operations or executive-level roles, preferably within a large church or complex organization.
  • High Capacity & Operational Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage complex operations, oversee multiple teams, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. A keen eye for detail and a drive for excellence are essential.
  • Strategic Execution: Proven ability to translate vision into actionable plans and drive successful implementation. Experience bridging the gap between strategic vision and operational reality is highly valued.
  • Leadership & Team Development: A passion for developing high-performing teams. Experience coaching, mentoring, and empowering staff and volunteers to achieve their full potential.
  • Culture Building: A track record of fostering positive, collaborative, and innovative work environments where individuals feel valued, challenged, and inspired.
