The Parish, a young and vibrant Anglican church plant in Alpharetta, Georgia, faced a pivotal moment as it sought its first executive pastor. Led by Rector Eddie Kirkland, the church had grown significantly since its establishment but still relied heavily on Eddie as its sole full-time staff member.

Vanderbloemen’s meticulous process included extensive interviews, candidate assessments, and thoughtful discernment, narrowing a wide pool of candidates to a select few who matched The Parish’s specific criteria.

About Jordan Warner
After a diligent nine-month search, Jordan Warner was selected as The Parish’s first executive pastor. Jordan proved to be the ideal candidate through his:

- Commitment to spiritual health and pastoral sensitivity
- Strong alignment with The Parish’s culture and values
Jordan began his role as executive pastor in 2018, effectively supporting and complementing Eddie’s pastoral leadership. Demonstrating strong leadership and deep commitment to the congregation, Jordan became the lead pastor/rector of The Parish shortly thereafter in 2020, and holds the position to this day.
