Founded in 2015, Mission Community Church (MCC) was facing the critical task of hiring its first full-time student pastor. Mission Community Church is a young, nondenominational congregation deeply committed to integrating itself into everyday community life. As a growing church established only two years prior, MCC needed someone creative and capable of building a student ministry from the ground up. About the hire

After a rigorous and thoughtfully managed six-month process, MCC successfully hired their new student pastor. The candidate demonstrated:
