Quotes from Roger:
When God calls you to a leadership role, there's a weight you're going to feel.
Bless & honor the authority in your life, and God will honor you.
To do effective outreach, we've got to go to the people. We've got to go where they are.
Allow your key executive staff to run their part of the organization.
