Prior to her time at Vanderbloemen, Charisma worked at Lakewood Church as an Events Coordinator where she served various ministries with small- and large-scale events. In 2016 she graduated from her two-year internship program where she got to serve and mentor middle school students. She is passionate about stewarding the next generation.

In her spare time, Charisma enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves to read, work out, listen to music, watch movies, and go on road trips with friends.
