Ivette moved to the consultant team in 2025 after serving as Director of Operations and Special Projects with the firm. She holds a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership from Houston Baptist University (HBU), as well as a bachelor’s degree from HBU in business management and Spanish.

Ivette has fifteen years of ministry experience where she has served in a variety of leadership roles in family, small groups, and operations. In her roles, she has developed and provided oversight to staff and lay leaders to help create healthy ministries that lived out the principles of fellowship, discipleship, evangelism, service, and worship. Her experience also includes leading women’s ministry initiatives and successfully organizing large-scale church and community events.

Ivette is a Houston native. She loves sports, ice cream, taking naps, and attending concerts. She has been married to her husband, Stephen, for 22 years. They have two children together. Ivette is passionate about equipping faith based organizations through executive search, compensation analysis, and culture assessments.
