Sarah helps guide Vanderbloemen’s clients through the process of a search and ensures that highly qualified candidates fit the ministerial and spiritual needs of the clients. She also guides candidates through the Vanderbloemen interview process as well as proactively searches for candidates on behalf of Vanderbloemen’s clients. 

Sarah was born and raised in the Chicago area and holds bachelor’s degrees in christian worship and church music from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has also earned her Master of Worship Studies from the Robert E. Webber Institute for Worship Studies.  

Sarah came to Vanderbloemen with over ten years of full time ministry experience. She spent those years serving a local church in Missouri as an executive leader and worship director and has a deep love for the church and its work. She loves that her passion for ministry and the Kingdom gets to continue in the work that we do at Vanderbloemen.

Sarah is based in Colorado Springs. In her free time, she can be found at a local coffee shop, exploring parks, spending time with friends and family, or listening to her favorite Broadway soundtracks.
