The Daily Grace Co exists to equip disciples to know and love God and His Word by creating beautiful, theologically rich, and accessible resources so that God may be glorified and the gospel made known. Daily Grace reminds followers of our need for His grace every day in our lives.

The mission-driven organization gained traction in a very steady and promising way, with momentum growing exponentially in the last few years. The company now has over 300,000 square feet of warehousing and a team of 60 employees.

With a mission to equip disciples and grow the team to 400 employees in the next 10 years, Daily Grace was on their way to a new headquarters in Houston, Texas and needed new team members to shepherd that growth.

A growth-minded, theologically grounded, and business savvy leader

As they looked into the future, the need for a director of content was evident. This person needed to be growth-minded, theologically grounded, and business savvy. They would eventually sit on TDGC leadership team and are responsible for implementing and executing the vision of the company through multiple teams in various locations.

They were looking for someone with project management skills who could create processes and plan new resources. The person needed to have vision, casting vision for content and ensuring everyone is working toward the same goal.

After meeting with TDGC team, we crafted a search profile and began looking for their new director of content.

Spencer furthers the mission

We whittled the applicants down to seven on the first slate, but one stood out among the rest.

Spencer Valeri’s values and convictions clearly aligned with those of the Daily Grace Co. In this role, he brings a blend of theological acumen and pragmatic experience.

Previously, he has spent time in ministry working with children and adults, helping them learn more about God, and serving on leadership teams to cast vision. Spencer loves working in group settings and collaborating when it comes to building strategies.

He is also eager to help with content creation and use his education, experience and passion to help his new team in this role.

Spencer and his wife, Megan along with two daughters are thrilled to be moving from Paw Paw, MI to Houston, Texas. We are so thankful The Daily Grace Co. partnered with us on this search, and we are thrilled for Spencer to use his skills as the director of content. Welcome to Houston, neighbor!
