About the Marketing Intern

We’re looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to join us for Summer 2025. You’ll lead real project work around audience segmentation, get hands-on with key marketing technologies, and engage with senior leaders at this purpose-driven organization. This is more than just a resume booster—it’s a chance to grow your skillset and deepen your understanding of marketing that makes a difference.

The Marketing Intern responsibilities include:

  • Lead a key project on audience segmentation—analyzing data and developing strategies to engage distinct client and candidate groups
  • Learn marketing technologies, including CRM, email platforms, social media tools, and data analytics dashboards

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teammates in sales, recruiting, and consulting
  • Support campaign execution, social media strategy, and performance reporting as needed

What you bring

Education and experience

  • A current undergraduate student (rising junior or senior preferred)

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • Interest in marketing, communications, or nonprofit leadership

  • Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute ideas
  • Passion for values-driven work and making an impact
