We’ve intentionally built an office space that fosters team collaboration because we believe our best work comes from tapping into the 180+ years of combined ministry experience of our team. We have a state-of-the-art open office with space for cross-team problem solving. Our entire staff spends time each week sharing strategies and brainstorming candidate matches.

Additionally, our in-house Recruiting Team spends hours proactively looking outside our extensive database to find candidates we don't yet know that might be a good fit for your organization.
