Westwood Baptist Church of Olympia, Washington, is a growing evangelical congregation renowned in the community for its strong vision and track record for biblical teaching and witness. After 41 years of faithful leadership and service, it came time for their Senior Pastor, Lee Forstrum, to retire.
After investigating several search firms, they decided that Vanderbloemen was the best fit. Through our in-depth search and interview process, we introduced the church to Phillip Miller who went on to assume the role of Lead Pastor.
