How This Texas Church Found Their Student Pastor

Conroe Bible Church, located in Conroe, Texas outside of Houston, contacted the Vanderbloemen Search Group in the summer of 2013. A growing church of around 300, Conroe Bible was searching for an Associate Pastor for Students to help with outreach efforts and the needs of students. We partnered with Pastor Dave Schneider and were able to help and guide his search, culminating in the introduction of Matt Ward. Today, Matt has used his vast array of experience to disciple students as well as reaching out to the community of families through counseling and teaching.
