What does Ring the Bell mean? At Vanderbloemen, we want to celebrate as a team every time we have the honor of helping a church, school, or organization find their perfect candidate to fill a gap in their team and further their ministry. To do that, we have a bell on the wall in our Vanderbloemen office, within hearing distance of the entire team. Every time a candidate is placed, the team members who worked on that search ring the bell so that our team can celebrate!

Ring the bell! Cibolo Creek in Texas has chosen Joe Tepe as their new Executive Pastor of Leadership and Ministry Development. 

At Cibolo Creek, they believe church is not a building, the services, or even the teachings, but rather that a church is people. As they began their search for an Executive Pastor of leadership and MInistry Development, they were ultimately looking for someone who could help foster that belief by leading the people well. Their vision for this role was to hire someone who could shepherd the members of Cibolo Creek and develop them into leaders- both outside and inside the church. They wanted someone who could be the “people person” of the leadership team, promoting church engagement and spiritual growth.

Enter Joe Tepe, an Oregon adult ministries pastor turned college professor with a desire to step back into ministry, and Cibolo Creek found their perfect fit. With his passion for leading adults, as well as his flexibility, diligence, experience leading and growing ministries, and an interest in moving to Texas, he was exactly the type of candidate Cibolo Creek was searching for.

Joe and his wife of ten years, Kaitlyn, have already moved down and joined the Cibolo Creek family.
