Victor Baptist Church Hires Senior Pastor

What does Ring the Bell mean? At Vanderbloemen, we want to celebrate as a team every time we have the honor of helping a church, school, or organization find their perfect candidate to fill a gap in their team and further their ministry. To do that, we have a bell on the wall in our Vanderbloemen office, within hearing distance of the entire team. Every time a candidate is placed, the team members who worked on that search ring the bell so that our team can celebrate!

Ring the bell! Victor Baptist Church found their new Senior Pastor.

Victor Baptist Church is a multigenerational church located in the rural community of Victor, IA. Tucked away in a small town of 900, Victor Baptist sits on a hilltop and views their fellowship as a “city on a hill that cannot be hidden.” Victor Baptist Church desires to be a beacon to its surrounding communities. This church is a group that thrives at making anyone who comes in the door feel like they are part of the family. While we met to partner with Victor Baptist, they expressed the need for a Senior Pastor that could be a natural leader of their mission and ministries. Michael Graham stood out as the ideal candidate for this position and is excited to step into his new role. 

Michael will bring strong preaching, shepherding, creative, and communication skills to Victor Baptist. For over 10 years he has served churches in pastoral and discipleship roles. Michael has a clear call to ministry and is passionate about sharing the Gospel with those he meets. We are so excited for what is to come under his leadership at Victor Baptist Church.

Michael, his wife Lauren, and their three children are excited to move from North Carolina to Iowa and be welcomed to their new church home. The Graham family loves ministering to communities and making disciples for the Kingdom.
