New Christian Content Focused Homepage

In a decade at Vanderbloemen, we have witnessed God do amazing things in His church. In our work, we also have the privilege to witness these same things happening in Christian schools, non-profits, values-based businesses, and family offices. We’re excited to reveal a new Vanderbloemen homepage (www.vanderbloemen.com) to highlight God's work in Christian organizations because He should get all the credit. This new homepage is both beautiful and functional, and more than that, it includes brand new content that we hope will encourage, equip, and inspire you.

No other company has witnessed more pastors being placed in churches or more Christian leaders answering the call to lead a nonprofit or school over the last 10 years than Vanderbloemen has. These churches come from over 50 denominations and are located across 48 states in the US and 8 countries abroad. This is why so many of us who work at Vanderbloemen have previously worked for a church or Christian organization.

One of our primary goals with this new homepage is to share with you all the things God is doing in Christian organizations like yours. We want to highlight where we’ve seen God at work in our work, what we call “God moments,” and soon on the new website you’ll find them called “VanderStories.” These stories will chronicle the touching, inspiring, solution-side living, could-only-have-been-God moments that we’re honored to share with you as we hear about them in our work. We hope these stories will encourage you and if needed, give you a push forward to keep going.

Another goal for this new homepage is to make it easier to equip you as a leader with the very best resources and tools to carry your ministry further and faster. We’ll continue to produce regular Vanderbloemen Leadership Podcast episodes and special once-a-month editions of the podcast called “How God Built This,” where William Vanderbloemen interviews great leaders and innovators about how their ministries and businesses have grown.

Recent episodes have featured inspiring Christian leaders such as author Beth Moore and Joe White, the President of Kanakuk Kamps. We’ll also continue writing and sharing blogs on a variety of staffing and leadership topics, including comprehensive longer blogs and e-books. You’ll find all of these resources and more right at your fingertips.

2019 has been a great year for Vanderbloemen, and we’re grateful that you’ve been along for the ride with us. In January, we announced an expansion vision for 2019 as we built upon our work with churches by expanding our Christian nonprofit, education, values-based business, and family office practices. It has been a joy to see those areas grow since that announcement as our team continues to serve the global, “Big C” Church.

As 2019 comes to a close and we look forward to all 2020—and a new decade—will bring, we are refocusing our efforts overall in producing resources and content to help job seekers, pastors, CEOs, executive directors, board members, and more in their everyday lives. We want it to be easy for you to find guidance, advice, inspiration, and solutions to everything you’re doing in your Christian organizations. We’re excited that this homepage will allow us to better connect with you and for you to get to know our team.

We’re honored to partner with you. As you interact and engage with our homepage, we hope it continuously serves as a reminder that God is in the midst of this sacred work you are doing, and we’re right there alongside you.

If there is anything our team can do to help you with executive search, succession, compensation, or culture, please don’t hesitate to ask. Simply reply to this email or give us a call at (713) 300-9665. We’re here to help.
