Redeemer's Fellowship Hires Lead Pastor

ROSEBURG, Oregon – Redeemer's Fellowship is expanding its leadership team with a key hire, with Billy Rieder now serving as their new Lead Pastor. Vanderbloemen is honored to have partnered with Redeemer’s Fellowship in this important search. Prior to joining the Redeemer’s Fellowship staff, Billy served as Campus Pastor for Cornerstone Fellowship since July of 2010.

Redeemer's Fellowship is a Non-Denominational church in Roseburg, Oregon and serves Douglas County with more than 1,000 members each week.

Billy brings a range of ministry leadership experience to his new role at Redeemer’s Fellowship, including serving in campus and associate pastor roles, as well as a church planter for BayPointe Church in San Jose, California.

As Campus Pastor of Cornerstone Fellowship, Billy led a dynamic team of staff and volunteers at a multisite campus church that experienced nearly 400% growth over 8 years, primarily in a mobile church setting. Billy and his wife Christie, along with their two children, are excited to join the staff of Redeemer’s Fellowship for where God is taking the church next in this new season of leadership.

Redeemer's Fellowship began with five families in the home of Jeff Shafer, a Roseburg physician, in early 1983. Today, Redeemer’s Fellowship is host to a thriving ministry for children, youth, and adults. Weekly programs are provided to meet the spiritual needs of the more than 1,000 members in weekly attendance. Their mission is to grow as wholehearted followers of Christ who love God, one another, and the world.
