Pathway Church Hires Senior Pastor

What does Ring the Bell mean? At Vanderbloemen, we want to celebrate as a team every time we have the honor of helping a church, school, or organization find their perfect candidate to fill a gap in their team and further their ministry. To do that, we have a bell on the wall in our Vanderbloemen office, within hearing distance of the entire team. Every time a candidate is placed, the team members who worked on that search ring the bell so that our team can celebrate!

Since 1989, Pathway Church has committed to a mission of loving God, growing together, and serving others. Today, they have two campuses and various ministries that impact the lives of many in Oregon. Pathway Church strives to be a congregation that brings the love of Jesus to everyone they encounter across the street, city, and world. While learning more about Pathway Church, we discovered their need for a Senior Pastor with an ambitious heart for shepherding and serving the church. That’s when we found Chad Harms to be the ideal match for this search.

Chad Harms is spiritually gifted in teaching, discernment, knowledge, and leadership. He has served in pastoral, teaching, and higher education leadership roles that have sparked and shaped his passions for ministry. Chad is a visionary that has helped churches develop strategies and goals. We are confident that with his experience and fruitful leadership, Chad will serve well as Senior Pastor at Pathway Church. 

The Harms family loves sports and adventures. Chad, his wife Brynn, and their two children are excited to join Pathway Church in furthering its mission. Their commitment to ministry and building relationships with others will be influential to the Pathway Church congregation.
