Little Rock Church Hires Lead Minister

What does Ring the Bell mean? At Vanderbloemen, we want to celebrate as a team every time we have the honor of helping a church, school, or organization find their perfect candidate to fill a gap in their team and further their ministry. To do that, we have a bell on the wall in our Vanderbloemen office, within hearing distance of the entire team. Every time a candidate is placed, the team members who worked on that search ring the bell so that our team can celebrate!

Ring the bell! Little Rock Church found their new Lead Minister.

Little Rock Church strives to be a church where growing, committed followers of Jesus submit to spiritual formation into the likeness of Christ, demonstrate a lifestyle of worship, live in community, and reach out to others. Little Rock Church has many ministries for all ages and walks of life, where members gather to foster community and serve the kingdom. As we met with Little Rock, we realized how important the role of a Lead Minister is to motivate their church in this mission. After a thorough search, Little Rock is excited to have Tony Svendsen serve as their new Lead Minister. 

Tony Svendsen’s experiences in pastoral ministry have equipped him with leadership and communication skills that will greatly benefit the congregation. For over 20 years, Tony has lived out a commitment and call to ministry with his family. During this time, Tony has developed strategies and relationships that have furthered the kingdom. We are confident that with his leadership abilities and many years of service, he will be a great leader of Little Rock Church. 

Tony and his wife Lisa are passionate about sharing the love of Christ and investing in their relationships with others. The Svendsens are excited to move from Houston to Arkansas where they will pour into the community in Little Rock.
