I-90 Community Church Hires Lead Pastor

ISSAQUAH, Washington - I-90 Community Church in Issaquah, WA has expanded its leadership team by appointing Trey Skinner as Lead Pastor. I-90 Community Church believes that church isn’t ultimately about a service to attend or even an organization to be a member of, but rather a community to belong to and a mission to partner with. They value intimacy with God, living in the freedom and security that comes with having Him as our Father, maintaining healthy family lives with margin and sabbath rest, generosity, and living on-mission to help others do the same.

Trey Skinner began personally walking with God after finding discipleship during his time at Davidson College, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in religion. Following college, he contributed two years of volunteer service and lived in Belize for two years, teaching math and English to juvenile offenders. Once he returned to the U.S., he served as the family pastor and then executive pastor of Calvary Southbury church in Connecticut. He has a Masters of Arts in Bible and Theology from Western Seminary.

During his two years of serving with a volunteer program in Central America, Trey met his wife, Molly, and together they have four kids- Caleb, Noah, Eden, and Abigail. Trey and Molly felt for a while that the Lord was calling them to ministry in the Pacific Northwest, and they are excited to have begun this journey with I-90.
