Hopevale Church Hires Senior Pastor

What does Ring the Bell mean? At Vanderbloemen, we want to celebrate as a team every time we have the honor of helping a church, school, or organization find their perfect candidate to fill a gap in their team and further their ministry. To do that, we have a bell on the wall in our Vanderbloemen office, within hearing distance of the entire team. Every time a candidate is placed, the team members who worked on that search ring the bell so that our team can celebrate!

Hopevale Church is centered on their mission of being a community of grace and truth, inviting people to know and follow Christ. The diverse population of Saginaw, Michigan is increasingly represented in the worshippers, volunteers, and leaders at Hopevale. As a multigenerational church, Hopevale actively engages in outreach, contemporary worship, and impactful ministry programs. 

While our Executive Consultant, Tim met with Hopevale, he helped them discover the specific pastoral needs of their congregation. This way, we knew to look for a Senior Pastor that could be responsible for providing spiritual leadership to fulfill the church’s mission and effectively communicate the Word of God through preaching ministry. With the help of our recruiting team, Josh Pardee was found to be the perfect culture fit and spiritual leader for Hopevale.

Josh Pardee is excited to step into this role of Senior Pastor with over 12 years of ministry expertise. Josh has strong preaching, discipleship, and pastoral care skills that we are eager for him to lean into as he helps build the body of believers at Hopevale Church. Josh is honored and thrilled to bring his talents and spiritual leadership abilities to his new church home.

The Pardee family looks forward to plugging into the community in Saginaw and being part of the ministry movement at Hopevale Church.
