First Baptist Church Woodbridge Hires Senior Pastor

What does Ring the Bell mean? At Vanderbloemen, we want to celebrate as a team every time we have the honor of helping a church, school, or organization find their perfect candidate to fill a gap in their team and further their ministry. To do that, we have a bell on the wall in our Vanderbloemen office, within hearing distance of the entire team. Every time a candidate is placed, the team members who worked on that search ring the bell so that our team can celebrate!

Ring the bell! First Baptist Church Woodbridge found their new Senior Pastor.

The vision of First Baptist Church Woodbridge is to create a community of authentic believers and to witness a city transformed by the life-changing reality of the gospel, as people come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Their ministries for kids, students, adults, music, and missions are centered around their purpose of making disciples for the kingdom. While meeting with First Baptist Church Woodbridge, we discovered their need for a Senior Pastor that would equip and lead the church toward its goals. 

First Baptist Church Woodbridge is excited to welcome Josh Wootton into this new role. Josh is passionate about sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with everyone so that they may know and grow in Him. For Josh, the opportunity to serve as the new Senior Pastor is a culmination of the Lord’s guidance in his life. We are excited for him to share the truth in love and with motivation at First Baptist Woodbridge. 

Josh, his wife Jennifer, and their two children enjoy traveling to new places and sharing discussions about God and the world with others. The Wootton family is excited about their move to Woodbridge, Virginia from Alabama.
