Elmbrook Church Hires Senior Pastor

What does Ring the Bell mean? At Vanderbloemen, we want to celebrate as a team every time we have the honor of helping a church, school, or organization find their perfect candidate to fill a gap in their team and further their ministry. To do that, we have a bell on the wall in our Vanderbloemen office, within hearing distance of the entire team. Every time a candidate is placed, the team members who worked on that search ring the bell so that our team can celebrate!

Ring the bell! Elmbrook Church found their new Senior Pastor.

Elmbrook Church was founded in 1957 by five families who felt the call from God to start a ministry in their community. Over the years, the church has grown significantly and has outgrown its facilities four times to accommodate its growth. It has also planted six other churches and built a 3,000-seat worship center. As the church has expanded, so has its dedication to local and global missions, partnerships with organizations, and all-age ministries. Elmbrook Church exists to help people become rooted in Jesus and released to His mission. 

Upon meeting and gaining a better understanding of Elmbrook's mission and values, we realized that they required a Senior Pastor who could lead the church leaders, ministry staff, and congregation toward a more profound relationship with God and increased effectiveness in the Kingdom. After extensive searching, we identified Tim Breen as the ideal candidate for this role.

Tim Breen is a seasoned leader in church and ministry systems, known for his exceptional skills in Biblical preaching, leadership development, and community engagement. Tim prioritizes dynamic biblical teaching in his leadership approach. He has held various roles in his career, such as Lead Pastor, Teaching Pastor, Minister, and Lecturer. Throughout his ministry experience, Tim has identified teaching, leadership, and wisdom as his spiritual gifts, which will greatly benefit Elmbrook.

Tim, along with his wife and three children, is thrilled to relocate from Orange City, Iowa to Brookfield, Wisconsin. The Breen family will undoubtedly be a valuable asset to the Elmbrook community, and we eagerly anticipate the positive impact Tim's leadership will bring.
