What does Ring the Bell mean? At Vanderbloemen, we want to celebrate as a team every time we have the honor of helping a church, school, or organization find their perfect candidate to fill a gap in their team and further their ministry. To do that, we have a bell on the wall in our Vanderbloemen office, within hearing distance of the entire team. Every time a candidate is placed, the team members who worked on that search ring the bell so that our team can celebrate!

Ring the bell! Dungeness Community Church has found their new Pastor of Adult Ministries.

Since its start in 1976, the mission of Dungeness Community Church is to share the truth of the Gospel, demonstrate God’s love, and communicate His word with as many people in the town of Sequim as possible. Their Lead Pastor works closely with other pastors in efforts to lead and establish ministry programs. This is why an Adult Ministries Pastor is critical to carrying out the mission of Dungeness, and Lance Lewis was the clear fit.

Lance has served in several roles from Youth Pastor to founding Senior Pastor over his years in ministry. He finds joy in community and building up a ministry. In this new role, he has the opportunity to use his gifts and passion to provide opportunities to build relationships, study the bible, and serve others. Lance thrives in relationally driven ministry and is skilled in developing effective strategies for success. We know that this role will be a great fit for his skillset.

Lance and his wife, Becky love the outdoors and all the Pacific Northwest has to offer. They are excited to be part of the community at Dungeness. We are so thankful to have partnered with Dungeness Community Church and Lance on this search, and we are thrilled for the future of their Adult Ministry under the leadership of Adrian.
