What does Ring the Bell mean? At Vanderbloemen, we want to celebrate as a team every time we have the honor of helping a church, school, or organization find their perfect candidate to fill a gap in their team and further their ministry. To do that, we have a bell on the wall in our Vanderbloemen office, within hearing distance of the entire team. Every time a candidate is placed, the team members who worked on that search ring the bell so that our team can celebrate!

Ring the bell! Crossroads Church has found its new Next Gen Pastor.

Since its start in 2014, Crossroads Church has sought to significantly influence individuals through multiplying disciples, connecting with their community, and investing in relationships that will impact the gospel. Crossroads Church, located in Peosta, Iowa, strives to provide a place where people may encounter Jesus and participate in a life-giving community. The church is excited to welcome Jeremy Diaz as their new Next Gen Pastor, who will help further the mission of crossroads through its student ministry.

Since he was a youth ministry intern in college, Jeremy has actively participated in student ministry and is currently serving in the youth ministry at his local church. He is passionate about equipping students to step out of their comfort zone and fulfill the Great Commission. He also cares strongly about collaborating with parents to see their children become disciples of Jesus Christ. Jeremy’s experience and heart for ministry will make him a great fit at Crossroads.

Jeremy and his wife, Megan are thrilled to be moving from Arizona to Peosta, Iowa, and to discover everything the city has to offer. They are eager to join the Crossroads Church family and begin serving the students and parents. We are grateful to partner with Crossroads Church and Jeremy on this search, and we are excited to see how Jeremy thrives at Crossroads.
