Community Covenant Church Hires Worship Pastor

What does Ring the Bell mean? At Vanderbloemen, we want to celebrate as a team every time we have the honor of helping a church, school, or organization find their perfect candidate to fill a gap in their team and further their ministry. To do that, we have a bell on the wall in our Vanderbloemen office, within hearing distance of the entire team. Every time a candidate is placed, the team members who worked on that search ring the bell so that our team can celebrate!

Community Covenant Church exists to help people take their next step with God. For over 50 years, the church has been a welcoming environment where individuals can become all that God has called them to be. CCC has various ministries that serve to further the Kingdom and fulfill their mission. While meeting with Community Covenant Church, we discovered their need for a Worship Pastor who could thrive in their ability to lead a team of volunteers while also managing planning processes. After an extensive search, we found Jenna Fusiecki to be the ideal candidate for this role. 

Jenna Fusiecki has experience in teaching, serving, and volunteering at a large multi-site church. Throughout her career, Jenna has gained strong collaboration, management, creative, and development skills. Jenna has felt a strong call to full-time ministry and we are confident that her abilities and commitment to service will greatly benefit Community Covenant Church. 

Jenna is excited to move just down the road in Rehoboth, Massachusetts where she has been serving as a Worship Coach. She will be a great asset to Community Covenant and we are excited to see the church thrive under her leadership as their new Worship Pastor.
