TAMPA, Florida - Aletheia Church is excited to welcome their new Executive Director, Bruce Hall to their leadership team. Aletheia exists to see a greater worship of Jesus through disciple-making and church planting. Their hope for every single person of Aletheia is that they would first know they are a part of God’s beloved family and that, as a result, they would live as family in order to bring others into God’s family. As Executive Director, Bruce will be the organizational leader, using his skills and experience to help execute the vision and mission of Aletheia.
In Bruce’s previous roles, he has coordinated events, managed teams, and built up a team of staff and volunteers. He is administrative-oriented which will be valuable in his new role as Executive Director. Bruce is a committed follower of Jesus that is passionate about the Gospel and seeing people’s lives transformed by it. As a highly relational leader, he seeks to equip others to make disciples and he understands systems and processes that will help advance Aletheia.
Tim Gocha, VP of Consulting shared, “Bruce brings an organizational skill set that will help him facilitate day-to-day operations and the vision of the Senior Pastor. He has demonstrated experience in all areas of local church ministry and an ever-increasing capacity to lead outside the box. Bruce will be a tremendous addition to Aletheia’s already strong leadership team.”
He, his wife, and their two-year-old son are excited about moving to Tampa, Florida, to be a part of the church body at Aletheia. We know that this was a crucial hire and are humbled to have partnered with Aletheia on this search. We are excited for their new season of leadership.
