The Vanderbloemen Leadership Podcast brings you interviews from leaders across the theological spectrum of the global Church. Our goal is to bring you thought-provoking interviews that encourage you, challenge you, and help you build, run, and keep great teams.
In today's episode of the Vanderbloemen Leadership Podcast, Holly talks with David Fantin, Client Relations Associate here at Vanderbloemen.
David Fantin is the Client Relations Associate at Vanderbloemen Search Group. He has the unique perspective of getting to talk to or visit hundreds of church leaders all over the country about their church's challenges. When he moved across the country last year, he also had the unique opportunity to see how dozens of churches treat first-time visitors.
Holly talks with David about:
If I'd never been to church before, the meet & greet time would push me out rather than draw me in.
Treat every Sunday as a new Sunday. Every person at your church could be a visitor.
We should put ourselves in the seat of a visitor who maybe doesn't know the Bible as well as we do.
If I'm not an extrovert, I do not want to stand up and be forced to talk to people.
