In today's episode of the Vanderbloemen Leadership Podcast, Executive Search Consultant Milan Ford talks with Kendra Fleming, Director of Children's Ministry at North Point Ministries in Alpharetta, Georgia. 

Kendra grew up a pastor's child in Montana. She attended college at Liberty University in Virginia, and continued to live with her family there for 11 years. Through a close friend, she was connected to North Point, which was undergoing substantial growth at that time and in need of leadership. After checking out the campus, Kendra felt deeply that God was placing it on her heart to move her family to Georgia. She has been with Andy Stanley's North Point Community Church for almost 15 years serving as their Children's Ministry Director. 

North Point now has six area locations and multiple partnerships acorss the United States. In her time at North Point, Kendra's role has progressed into being a North Point Ministries leader, overseeing the children's ministry teams on each of the local campuses. North Point Kids has over 4500 volunteers and partners with thousands of families on a weekly basis.
