The Vanderbloemen Leadership Podcast brings you interviews from leaders across the theological spectrum of the global Church. Our goal is to bring you thought-provoking interviews that encourage you, challenge you, and help you build, run, and keep great teams.

In today's episode of the Vanderbloemen Leadership Podcast, William talks with David Dwight, Senior Pastor of HOPE Church in Richmond, Virginia.

David Dwight is the senior pastor of HOPE Church, one of the fastest growing churches in Richmond, Virginia. He has served as an adjunct professor at Gordon-Conwell and serves on the board of directors for The Overseas Council.

Once he graduated, David pursued a career in business but always had a strong sense that he would be called to ministry. He's been a missions pastor and a church planter now senior pastor at HOPE. He and his wife Elisabeth have two children.
