Quotes from Jason:

“Prioritize the team member or the employee over the guest. It seems like that’s the antithesis. But the truth of it is that investing in people who are investing in guests matters.”

“We have to, in the local church, train people beyond what we want from them on Sundays. It has got to be, what do I want for you on Monday through Saturday?”

“How you feel about a guest walking in will be directly reflected in how they feel about you when they walk out.”

“You can give more responsibility to a volunteer than you think.”
