Sara Crippen and Jannet Morgan are on staff at Liquid Church in New Jersey. Officially launched in 2007 by Lead Pastor Tim Lucas, Liquid is a non-denominational Christian church that is Bible-based and Christ-centered. Liquid has multiple campuses in Essex, Middlesex, Morris, Somerset, and Union Counties, New Jersey.
When the church found itself in a season of rapid growth, Sara and Jannet teamed up to create a culture team that would be responsible for intentionally caring for staff members. Liquid has 150 full-time, part-time, and volunteer staff members in total, and is proactive about creating and maintaining a sustainable culture on staff and through the congregation. A core belief is that "Church is fun", valuing laughter, a spirit of celebration, and having fun through leading and serving together.
