Quotes from Jeff:

Addressing brokenness brings humility.

We want people to be fluent with the Gospel.

Surround yourself with wise counsel.

Self-awareness is one of the lacking qualities in leaders who fail.

The higher up in leadership you are, the more intimidating you are.
