March is a special time of year for us because we get to celebrate the anniversary of Vanderbloemen being created, or as we like to call it, our "Vanderversary." We've spent the last 12 years continually learning how we can best serve the church with hiring, compensation, and culture resources, and we can't wait to see what the future holds. We are so grateful for all of the churches and ministries that have trusted us as a guide and helper, and we are excited to continue growing and discerning how we can best serve the body of Christ.
