Kristin Fry is an Executive Search Consultant at Vanderbloemen.

Kristin has been in leadership in large churches and organizations for over twenty years, including North Point Ministries in Atlanta, GA, and Cross Point in Nashville, TN.  Additionally, she has served as an interim Executive Pastor for churches in transition. She is a strategic and visionary leader who is passionate about improving systems, recognizing talent, developing leaders, and creating healthy staff culture. Previously, Kristin was a staff member at Biola University working in leadership development. She has a Masters in Theology from Talbot School of Theology and has taken several Doctoral courses at Dallas Theological Seminary.

Kristin has been speaking to and writing for people of all ages and stages of life for nearly two decades and has been featured in Relevant magazine. She is a contributing writer to several leadership online publications and has written leadership development resources for North Point Ministries and the reThink Group. Kristin previously led Lead A Better Story, an organization that partnered with churches to equip them for effective small group systems. In her spare time, you'll find her hopping around the country as the host of regional conferences.

She loves living an active lifestyle, including downhill skiing, Cross Fit, and the Half Ironman. Her love language is burgers and fries. She was born and raised in California so she's partial to In-n-Out. She currently lives in Atlanta, GA.
