Assistant to the Consultant Team
Katie Chapman is the Executive Assistant at Vanderbloemen Search Group.
Katie joined Vanderbloemen from Jackson, Mississippi, after completing an 11 month ministry residency program at a local church where she focused on college ministry. She has a heart for students and still remains involved in student ministry in the local church.
In her role, Katie helps with the many details and provides organizational support to the Consultant Team. She plays an important role in maintaining a smooth executive search process for both consultants and candidates.
Katie attended Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She is a Georgia-native and a true bulldog (UGA and Samford).
In her free time, Katie enjoys new adventures, eating Chipotle, being outdoors and spending time with her husband Connor. You can always find her if you are up for a trip to Disney.
