Director of Executive Search
Eugene brings over 20 years of ministry experience to Vanderbloemen. He has served in churches in the Boston and San Francisco Bay Area as a church planter, campus pastor, and most recently as an executive pastor of a large multisite church. He enjoys building teams, developing leaders, and anything that has to do with strategic planning.
Eugene holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry as well as a Master of Divinity and Master of Theology (M.Div & Th.M) from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He is ordained in the Evangelical Covenant Church.
Eugene and his family currently live in the San Francisco Bay Area. In his free time, he loves to ride his mountain bike, travel to new places, and cook for his family and friends.
