Dawson serves as an Executive Search Recruiter at Vanderbloemen.
Dawson graduated from Valparaiso University in 2022 and has worked in youth ministry prior to joining the team at Vanderbloemen. He is passionate about discipleship in the church and investing in the next generation of believers to be deeply shaped by God's Word, God's spirit, and God's people.
Dawson currently lives in Spring, TX, but originally grew up in Plymouth, MN. For fun, Dawson enjoys disc golf with friends, reading a good book, losing at fantasy football, and hanging out with his wife. As a new Texan, he also loves making any excuse to visit Buc-ee's!
