Mega Church in Chicago Finds New Director of Church Operations

Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church located in Chicago, IL contacted the Vanderbloemen Search Group in their efforts to find a Director of Church Operations. Led by the dynamic Pastor Charles Jenkins, Fellowship was looking to take their team to the next level and were unable to make the hire for a Director of Church Operations from within their own personal networks and recruiting strategy. We were able to partner with Charles Jenkins and ultimately lead him and the church to Christopher Harris.
